NENFLEX Series SWN coupling is designed especially to eliminate the problems associated with the replacement of the worn out drive insert. SWN coupling, now comes with the unique improved wrap-around drive element that snugly fits radially around the periphery of the coupling. This design permits the drive insert replacement without disturbing the hubs or the alignment of the coupled machinery.

The serviceable temperature range of standard couplings is -40°C to +100°C. SWN drive inserts are also available in a variety of high performance polyurethane materials and are tested rigorously on our dynamic test bed, which simulates real life like conditions that operate on an insert under dynamic conditions. All NENFLEX couplings are subjected to a durable anti-corrosion treatment.
